Beginning my career as a Medico Social Worker at St. John’s Medical College Hospital in Bangalore, India, I honed my skills in providing holistic care and support to patients and their families. Transitioning to the role of Field Liaison Officer at NIMHANS Hospital, Bangalore, I facilitated communication and collaboration between healthcare providers and community stakeholders, contributing to improved patient outcomes and community engagement. My experience as a Counsellor in a Child Helpline Project in Shivamogga, India, allowed me to advocate for and support vulnerable children, providing them with a safe space and resources to address their needs. As an IEC Expert under the Central Government project 'Jal Jeevan Mission' and a Field Response Officer in the National Helpline for Senior Citizens project, I demonstrated my ability to design and implement effective communication strategies and provide assistance to marginalized communities.
