About Jolanda Gillin

With 25+ years of experience working in various international functions in the sales support and sales operations area I have built up a lot of people and business experience. My passion is with refining/defining business processes, building relationships as well as bridges between organisations and people. As they say “there is no i in TEAM” and that’s what drives me every day when I work with team members and colleagues across organisations. Bringing subject matter expertise, experience and people’s strengths together is what makes teams and businesses successful and as a manager is what I have always strived. Listening to various points of view and then making a decision and driving change together in a collaborated fashion in order to successfully achieve identified objectives. At the same time understanding the need to stay flexible as need be as requirements may change and unforeseen obstacles may get identified.
