About Jolanda Grijpstra

I am a social media Engagement expert based in Scotland, specializing in community engagement for a wide variety of accounts, including heritage and arts, charities and non-profit, automotive, payment technology, retail, and energy. I am a social chameleon, adopting new and widely different ToVs at the drop of a hat. I have extensive experience with (event-based) proactive engagement, having run proactive engagement for automotive, payment technology, and retail accounts. I can wear as many hats as required when it comes to my jobs, and pride myself in my flexibility, ability to self-start and learn as I go. Put me on a project and I'll run with it and I'll learn what I need to know. I line manage a team of 30+ people on different accounts and in different European countries, ensuring ongoing support, training, and quality assurance. In my personal life, I have a keen interest in classical music, history and cultural heritage, theatre, TTRPGs, animals, and the visual arts.
