About Joleen Ream

I identify learning gaps and fill them for highly complex, compliance-driven organizations. This all starts with root–cause analysis of performance gaps and leads to systematic application of production and compliance requirements using blended-learning solutions. I’m a solutions-focused, creative learning leader with a passion for bringing people together to solve opportunities. From quasi government to a Fortune 500 company, I’ve developed my skills in managing people, implementing enterprise learning programs, applying ADDIE, building strategic relationships, championing learning opportunities, seeking continuous improvement, evaluating effectiveness, and more. When I’m not filling learning gaps or championing my team, I’m attending my children’s sporting events with my husband, reading biographies, walking my two dogs, attempting to perfect my grilling skills, and spending as much time as possible with family and friends.
