About Jolene Colbourne

With nineteen years of experience in customer-focused fields, including fifteen years in electrical utilities, Jolene's passion and drive led her to Puerto Rico, where she oversaw federally funded programs to rebuild the electrical grid, bringing reliability and safety to the island. Now back in Canada, Jolene serves as the Stakeholder Relations Manager and Operations Services Supervisor. One of her main directives is to work with municipalities across Alberta, ensuring they are educated on ATCO's initiatives to protect its electrical infrastructure amidst evolving climate change and its impact on communities and industries in the area. Her extensive experience has given her a deep understanding of essential services and their effect on the quality of life in our communities. Outside of work, Jolene is the proud mother of two amazing daughters. Growing up in the mountains instilled in her an appreciation for the outdoors. In her spare time, you can find Jolene camping, fishing, or quadding with her family. Jolene's dedication to her work has made her a strong leader, innovator, and supportive peer.
