About Jolene McNutt

I believe that the best customer relationships are built in the moments between meetings, when you notice something in the data before the customer does, when you anticipate a need before it becomes a problem, when you show up with a solution they didn't know to ask for.For the past three years, I've worked in customer success within edtech, partnering with K-12 schools, higher education institutions and with military stakeholders to drive platform adoption, deepen engagement and deliver outcomes that matter. I manage a portfolio that have grown regional utilization 150% year-over-year, not through luck, but by listening carefully, connecting needs to solutions and staying relentlessly focused on what success actually looks like for my users.I come alive when the work is complex. I'm energized by the puzzle of understanding what a customer really needs - sometimes before they can articulate it - and building something that genuinely helps. I'm at my best when I'm learning, growing and working on problems that require both empathy and strategy.Outside of my day-to-day, I've spent 15+ years a freelance content strategist and have a background in nonprofit program management. These experiences have sharpened my ability to communicate across diverse audiences, manage competing priorities and demonstrate impact in ways that resonate. If you're working on something in edtech, customer success or learning technology and want to connect, I'd love to hear more about it.
