About Jolene Stapleton

Master of Osteopathy, Medical Acupuncture & Yoga Jolene has a First Class Masters degree in Osteopathy, graduating from the College of Osteopaths and Staffordshire University. Jolene is also qualified in Medical Acupuncture through the British Medical Acupuncture Society with additional training in acupuncture for palliative care and electro-acupuncture and is also a British Wheel of Yoga qualified yoga instructor She believes that Osteopathy, acupuncture and yoga compliment each other well and regularly prescribes yoga-based exercises and postural advice to her patients as part of her treatment so that they can continue their recovery at home. As well as being a structural osteopath, during her studies Jolene completed courses in Cranial and Visceral Osteopathy which are suitable for all ages and make her approach truly holistic and tailored to the individual. Jolene will take the time to understand her patient’s lifestyle and needs so that the best treatment approach can be adapted, as part of the consultation Jolene makes sure her patients understand the diagnosis, treatment approach and aftercare plan so that they are fully engaged with the process every step of the way. After working in a well established clinic for years, Jolene set up her own multidisciplinary clinic where she works alongside other practitioners to offer a full 360 degrees of Balance for patients. The ethos in Balance 360 is absolutely patient centric. When Jolene isn’t working, she spends her time with her husband, three daughters and step-daughter (ranging in age from 5 to 21) who keep her very busy!
