About Jolin Liu

After 10 years engagement in a senior management position in the industry of consulting and overseas education industry, I accumulate plenty of experiences in communication, marketing, and management. Some of them from successfully problems solving, some from failure trials. With solid operation and customer service skill, I have led 4 various teams consisting 10 consultants and internal assistants mostly to achieve as high revenues as $ each year in JJL in Beijing. I am also good at the internal training external relationship maintaining by giving more than 40 presentations per year as well as successfully solving the potential complaining risk. At a front-line department in an effort-intensive company who has been ranked as No. 1 in Chinese overseas agent industry, I used to be self-motivated, effective, innovative, and result-oriented, as well as willing to take challenges. My employment experience fits me in the position of recruiting or international marketing since I have enough resources accessing to the agents in China and Canada, apart from strong communication and marketing skills. In addition, studying in CapilanoU endows me a better understanding about this University, which helps to introduce it to new students. Moreover, participating the mentorship program in CIE enhances my capability to build an effective and efficient connection between different cultures.
