I am a PhD researcher pursuing a joint degree within the Centre for Environmental Sciences (CMK) at UHasselt and the Namur Research Institute for Life Sciences (Narilis) at UNamur. My research project focuses on the impact of ambient air pollution during gestation on placental cellular senescence, with a broader expansion to cellular aging, metabolic mechanisms, and associated pathways.
