WHAT I DO: I am a woman entrepreneur. I manage a company that successfully executes software development projects. My company helps companies of all sizes and startups develop software products or services that add value over multiple of X. I help women entrepreneurs who are technically challenged. Trust me I am one of you. However I have a team of top notch Web designers Php Ruby on rails Java Script Angular JS mobile apps .Net & Hadoop developers who have proven track records in extremely complex product & application development. Some of them are just genius. We have also in house certified project manager(PMP) certified scrum master & agile coach. Over the years I had only one rule for my engineers and that is to provide no nonsense no BS quality IT services. As a result we have been rated by the Better Business Bureau of Silicon Valley “A+” for nine years in a row WITH NO CUSTOMER COMPLAINT WHASOEVER. WHAT IT MATTERS: You (Yes You) because you are women entrepreneurs like me and I know your challenges. You may be a startup entrepreneur or a successful business person you are changing the world. We all work as a community & you have an incredible & irreplaceable role to play in our community. MY APPROACH: Not having a technical background can put a damper on your business. Finding the right developers is tricky.Not only do they need to be proficient in the skills you lack but they need to share your vision or at least be willing to listen and learn. Been there done that and that is why my mission is to help other women entrepreneurs. My team members are engineers and they follow engineering approach instead of coding for functionalities.We understand that every project involves new challenges that always results in changes in expectations and plans.
