About Jolly Tyrell

Growing up in East San Jose, I took interest in student leadership, clubs and sports. At the time, I was competitive and interested in staying busy. Fast forward to today, and the prom, community outreaches, and more, that I coordinated in middle and high school were preparation for life as an adult passionate about building community, developing and strengthening partnerships, and producing local and global events aimed towards changing the world! I have had the privilege of leading various campaigns and events to engage the unengaged, serve the community to meet felt needs, influence and mobilize local and global stakeholders, carry out objectives end-to-end, as well as communicate and market effectively for diverse populations. This has been accomplished through effective relationship management, consistent and thoughtful community engagement, and engaging events and experiences. I am motivated by a vision of creating positive change, empowering others through my work, and leading and serving with excellence, gratitude and humility.
