About Jomar Ereso

Jomar has over 25 years of experience across a broad spectrum of the financial services industry including real estate, banking, investment management and capital markets. He is currently responsible for the full asset management process to monitor risk and drive performance in the clients’ real estate investments, including review of periodic financial and operating reports covering assets and investments, and generating requisite client reporting, annual asset review processes, performance attribution and analysis, investment planning and budgeting. He also leads transaction management for RCLCO’s clients including complex recapitalizations and partner buyouts. Prior to joining RCLCO, he spent 10 years in several finance leadership positions at GE Capital Real Estate in both the equity and debt businesses in the US and Europe. His most recent role was CFO of the US Equity business, which included Arden Realty and GE’s real estate joint venture business. His responsibilities included management of the financial reporting, planning and analysis for over $10 billion in real estate value. Jomar also played very active roles in transaction and deal teams with responsibilities ranging from negotiations of JV documents and amendments, purchase and sale agreements and working through the full sale process from due diligence to closing and post close activities. His transactions experience includes the sale of over $7 billion in real estate including the sale of GE Capital Real Estate's US Equity Portfolio to Blackstone.
