I have experience in operational excellence specifically in the areas of lean manufacturing and six sigma which includes identification & elimination of wastes, value stream mapping & process mapping), kaizen and poka-yoke, 5S, DMAIC, continuous flow, standardized work/time & motion study, 5Whys & other RCA Tools, FMEA, SIPOC, Regression Analysis, Process Capability, and Pareto Analysis. I am a certified Operational Excellence Practitioner where in I lead several projects to generate savings and improve yields & line efficiency as well as trained and mentored others to become Operational Excellence Apprentice. I am also trained under Harvard Mentor Manage program and Training Consultant Raju Mandhyan to facilitate adult learning. I am a certified lead auditor for Occupational Health and Management System with over 5 years of audit experience in various countries in Asia Pacific like Australia, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. I am also a certified Pollution Control Officer and Safety Officer with extensive experience in HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Analysis), BBS (Behavior-based Safety), Regulatory Compliance, Aspect-Impact Analysis, and EOSH Operational Controls design and deployment. I have co-authored center of operational excellence tools such as COE Progress Survey, COE-on boarding toolkit, COE and People Development & Structure Assessment Tool. My background is Chemical Engineering and I have lived and worked in three cultures.Malaysian, Filipino and American.
