As the Head of Retail at Bodycare International, I oversee the business plan, sales, and inventory management of the organization's retail partners, with a focus on revenue generation and category alignment. I have more than four years of experience in this role, and more than 20 years of experience in the retail industry, spanning various segments and formats. I am passionate about creating and implementing innovative strategies to expand the retail network, enhance the customer experience, and leverage the omni-channel capabilities of the organization. I have successfully reduced the end-of-life products from the point of sale, increased the seasonal buy plan, and managed the operational excellence of India's first luxury multi-brand outlet. I am also skilled in people management, franchisee development, planning and budgeting, and category management. My goal is to drive the growth and profitability of Bodycare International and its retail partners, while delivering high-quality products and services to the customers.
