Energy advisor for UW providing advice & support to our Energy Customer Services teams covering emergencies & complex energy queries. This is provided via an internal interactive live support platform, LISA. Previously worked in energy customer services department assisting both our residential & business customers, & partners, with their day 2 day energy & account queries whilst always ensuring UW customer service pillars of excellence are adhered and achieved. Prior to joining UW was co-director of J W Merch Ltd who had the exclusive distribution rights for the hugely popular and trendy west coast American lifestyle apparel brand hoodiebuddie who are brand leaders in the wearable technology space. The hb3 technology is patented worldwide. This annual exclusivity contract covered Israel, UK & Ireland. We aimed to raise the profile, awareness & sales of hb in UK, Ireland & Israel, & , having the brand available in well known UK high street retailers which we achieved. Hb was available on the J D Sports (UK & Ireland) website, national press as well as smaller independent retailers. Additionally we also supplied the hb as brandable merchandise to one of the worlds largest music groups The Prodigy and, to Hatikva 6 one of Israel’s leading music groups. We also had contract to supply small Israel retail chain. Although we achieved these significant inroads & the goals of raising brand awareness & increasing sales unfortunately due to down turn in the market & the resulting negative market conditions, low order volumes, technology changes, cost of production and shipping, & lack of monies or support from bank, the exclusivity contract was deemed not economical to renew & consequently J W Merch Ltd was closed. A bit about me.began in logistics & operations at leading UK Digital Platinum partner after graduating from University. Progressed to IT account management & sales for one of UKs leading Digital/HP/Compaq VAR. Responsible for building relationships & resolving business issues by providing best in class solutions meeting customer budgets and resolving pain points. Customers ranged from household multinationals including Cushman & Wakefields, Kerry Group, Vodafone, British Gas, Centrica, Ikea, BT etc as well as also to Government departments including MoD, DRA, GCB, AWE etc. At 33 started a boutique Webdesign, IT and Digital consultancy company offering Web and IT soutions and services designed specifically to help SOHO companies become more profitable, responsive and flexible by adapting to the ever changing business needs.
