As a Tier 2 Technical Support Analyst and Security and Compliance Analyst at Inspired Technologies, I not only provided exceptional technical support but also assumed additional responsibilities in ensuring system integrity and compliance. Within this dynamic environment, I spearheaded security audits for Florida election offices and collaborated with the Florida Department of State to enhance data protection measures. In my role as the Business Owner of Battleground Laser Sports, I demonstrated leadership by overseeing diverse facets of the operation, including payroll, bookkeeping, customer service, and sales.
