Jon is a career finance professional with strong, dedicated experience leading cross-functional strategic teams across Fortune 500, private equity, and start-up environments. He has served and led in multiple roles where he has spearheaded projects and initiatives that directly result in EPS accretion, market capture, FCF generation, cost reduction and enhanced operational performance. A Cum Laude and Leadership Distinction graduate of the Darla Moore School of Business, Jon completed dual majors in finance and real estate with a minor in Spanish while taking extra classes in management and operations. Jon holds a CFP, Lean Six Sigma Blue Belt, residential broker license, and intends to pursue a joint MBA-JD, PhD. In addition, Jon is the owner-operator of both an asset management company and a professional services consultancy that provides a white-glove, holistic experience to professional development and financial planning. A lifelong learner and pursuer of excellence in all areas, in his free time Jon enjoys experiencing new cultures and food through travel, alternative investments, personal wellness, playing chess, skydiving and basketball. Jon speaks four languages, has seen 35 US states, and visited six countries including a four-month work-study in Barçelona.
