About Jon Beale

My career has been a fulfilling and unique journey: from starting new businesses with farmer cooperatives in Zambia, developing the recreation and tourism sector in Labrador, creating economic and labour force strategies with cities across North America, and catalyzing collaborations for the Sustainable Development Goals by universities and colleges. Through this work, I've represented Canada at the United Nations, founded and led conferences bringing together thousands of Canadians, and been a spokesperson for national and international media. My experiences have honed my skills as a leader and facilitator, as a director of staff, a strategic planner and program developer, and as a spokesperson and public speaker. My ambition is to continue to contribute these skills to create prosperity and opportunity in Canada, navigating through the currents of momentous change happening throughout the world.
