About Jon Bielecki

Learning and teaching have been common themes in my professional life. I made training videos as a summer job in college, supported small business owners as a tech support rep, helped to build an automated broadcast video encoding system from the ground up, served as a liaison between developers and users. As a web designer I work side-by-side with people just launching their own businesses. Currently I am enjoying my role as an Online Instructional Designer that allows me to apply many of the skills I've picked up along the way to shape and build a training program for airport employees. The roles I've enjoyed the most have equally worked the technical and creative parts of my brain, allowing me to analyze and identify problems, then solve them in unique or non-linear ways. I love working on projects that allow me to find my own way to a conclusion, rather than presenting it to me as a defined end goal. As an open-minded, creative person, I view each project as a unique adventure; an opportunity to learn something new, learn from mistakes, and connect with whomever I meet along the way. I want to continue learning, teaching, and helping, wherever those paths may lead.
