When applied to an existing process, this involves automating what is necessary, eliminating what is not - changing made-to-order operations into routine transactions, then moving to the next area. As a problem is solved, I work to minimize operational support requirements.On trust…Trust is critical when asking teams with ingrained processes to change, so I build relationships by being hands-on and detail-oriented with the work of the teams I support, building empathy, understanding, and mutual respect.I'm an experienced architect, engineer of both process and technology, technical leader, mentor, and innovator who makes complex problems seem simple by breaking them down and iterating.I'm a sought after implementation advisor who has presented at dozens of conferences with over 50 conference presentations.On worldwide collaboration and remote work…I enjoy working alongside a diverse worldwide workforce. I apply technology, planning tools, and deliberate and regular communication to lead highly distributed teams effectively. I'm excited to be able to visit and consult with business partners and customers around the world to offer implementation advice and benchmark to understand best practices.On my own growth…Some personal areas of growth I've focused on recently are negotiation skills, intentionality in all my actions, and mentoring skills to grow not only myself, but those I work with.I'm proud to have worked in collaboration, security, intelligence, customer enablement and contributed to operational performance measurement and processes for fields as diverse as aviation operations and AI design.On what makes me happy at work.I'm happiest working alongside a passionate team in the space between process, technology, and experiences.
