Skilled in; creating new products, flavour development, and recipes; and resolving problems occurring while creating formulas. With a proven track record of launching different beverage brands, and a solid history of success in conducting effective training, development sessions and leading teams to achieve shared vision and goals. With a career spanning over 30 years I forged my passion for food and drinks industry working as a chef, then later moving into bakery and confectionery. After graduating in 2011 I began learning the craft of flavour applications where I discovered a whole new world of creative thinking and product development. Since 2011, I have created and developed beverages for almost every major category, segment and market.
