Over the years, I have acquired many different skills in communication and management. I have become an experienced Account Manager with a strong relationships building ability. My background in customer service and sales has led me to excel in the largest commercial landscape company in the nation. I aspire to make my clients happy while also managing the bottom line. As an account manager, I am responsible for maintaining client’s expectations with a customer service team of over 25+ employees. My portfolio consist of 1.6+ million in revenue, 47+ properties, commercial, residential HOA's, and shopping centers/malls. On a daily basis, I communicate with property managers via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings. My position requires me to be highly organized and capable of managing many tasks simultaneously. I believe with a strong work ethic, anything is possible in my career. I have always challenged myself to learn new things and take on more responsibility.
