There is nothing I enjoy more than taking on a challenging role/project and making it a success. Most of my last 25 years of work were spent assigned to resolve the worst problems in companies/groups - bleeding costs, capability gaps, wayward supply chains, business culture adjustments, wide-area maintenance or material optimization, and damaged customer satisfaction. When a business/entity needed someone they could count on, they have always called on me to turn the problems around. Even though many of them have been difficult, I absolutely love driving the transition to success! My strengths are in program/project management, culture change, process optimization and streamlining, teaching & embedding fix/optimization practices within a workforce, top-to-bottom visual management systems, wide-area maintenance success, material processes optimization, change control systems, sustainment, knowledge management/transfer methods & structures, and contractor logistics support (CLS) programs. I previously held a TS/SCI clearance with SSBI and full scope polygraph and DoS MRPT. I currently maintain a DoD Secret clearance. Specialties: Experienced in a highly diverse set of business functions, to include Program Management, Supply Chain Strategy, Logistics, Operations, Mission Equipment Management, Material Optimization, Maintenance and GSE Management, Requirements Analysis, Software Project Management, Subcontracts/Procurement, Exports, Safety/EHS improvement, Process Optimization Strategy, Root Cause Analysis, Staffing/Training Strategy, Knowledge Management, Competency Modeling and International Business. I fit in very well in technical military/special operations environments, based on successful deployments in multiple operational and tactical environments in various leadership roles.
