About Jon Clark

I am an energy strategy and transactions professional, with a broad range of national and international experience. Over a 25+ year career at EY, I have advised on projects in approximately 40 countries, and held a range of leadership roles including responsibility for EY's EMEIA Oil and Gas Strategy and Transactions team. My professional experience extends beyond the energy sector into senior client-facing responsibilities including several lead client service partner roles and trade route responsibility for serving EY's Japanese clients in the UK. In deepening my advisory insights, I also spent five years as the lead partner for EY’s European Corporate Development Leadership Network, helping senior strategy and M&A practitioners from multiple sectors develop strategic insights and solutions for their capital agenda. Specialties: Advising energy clients on strategy, corporate finance, M&A, and capital raising on a global basis.
