After a decade working in Europe, I returned to the United States this year as President of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars North America, I am honored to lead one of the most prestigious automotive brands, renowned for its commitment to unparalleled luxury, craftsmanship, and innovation. Each day I strive to build the value of our brand, both for our clientele and our shareholders within the BMW Group. My objective each day is to leverage my experience in ensuring the best client experience for the most demanding clients in the world. My international assignments in Sweden and England have deepened my understanding of diverse markets. As I have traveled across Europe, Middle East, Asian Pacific and China, I have adapted my views on managing people and the business based on diversity of thought and backgrounds.
