Fuelled by curiosity & creativity, energised by transformation & a sense of service, and with purpose-driven resilience, I’m excited to focus my skills in leadership, high-performance portfolio delivery and very large-scale change in enabling solutions protecting us from emerging geopolitical challenges and the threat of climate change. From creating and driving sustainable strategy for a bank of £0.5Bn serving on Natwest Intls‘ Executive Committee to designing and leading high-performing portfolio, change and digital functions of 900 people to reduce risk and improve customer journeys; from successfully delivering programme operations upto £1.6Bn to chairing boards accountable for £120m pa portfolio investment, I have an exemplary record of collaboratively turning organisational potential into impactful performance. I’ve served as a Charity Board Trustee and mentored people from visionary entrepreneurs to aspiring business minds in transformation. I’ve managed regulators powerfully, built great delivery partnerships and secured tens of millions of investments. I recognise successful change is founded on people & culture as much as frameworks & technologies. I hold an MBA from Edinburgh University, certification in Sustainability Leadership from Cambridge University, in Artificial Intelligence from Oxford University and Prince 2/MSP/MoP Practitioner qualified. I will soon obtain an MSc in Future Infrastructure, Change & Sustainability. I'm excited to channel my expertise into new challenges.
