I have over 30 years’ experience in the IT industry, 22 years in global financial services and a wealth of project management skills and expertise. I am passionate about the IT industry and driven by process improvement. I am able to identify where enhancements can be made and set about addressing these, whilst conveying plans and information to the relevant technical and non-technical personnel in a clear and articulate manner. I have natural leadership qualities and am able to coordinate and motivate individuals and teams using excellent managerial skills. I also control and allocate financial resources with optimal cost efficiency to help achieve financial and operational targets meaning all tasks are completed on time, in full, to the required standards and in line with requirements and objectives.
