About Jon Demshar

I love science, technology, engineering, photography and music. I turned my passion for technology in to a San Francisco-based business that I have thoroughly enjoyed running for over 13 years now. I have a degree in business management, but no formal IT education - I did however build my first computer when I was eight years old and everything tech came naturally after that.demshar.it is a small firm with the goal of supporting Bay Area small businesses and individuals with a comprehensive range of technical services. I have experience managing IT in almost every field including medical, legal, real estate, marketing, architecture, education and retail. In the last few years I have done extensive work with non-profits in the arts and film/video production fields, and have some insight to their unique IT requirements.demshar.it specializes in- Support and management of business computers and networks, servers, client devices, cloud and web services- Designing and implementing a wide range of software and hardware systems- Security reviews and backup/disaster recovery solutions- General technical support and training- On-site support for larger business requiring a physical presence in satellite offices.
