About Jon Dunn

I am a dynamic and accomplished senior leader with a proven track record in driving transformative change and achieving exceptional results. Often described as charismatic and ebullient. I am a firm believer that Agile methodologies only really deliver business value if the leadership behaviours are correct, so I focus on transforming businesses toward being agile rather than 'doing' Agile. I have extensive experience in delivering complex technology-enabled business transformation programs in the Telecommunications and High-Tech industries. I have led both Agile and Waterfall project management, specialising in Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) program delivery. I use my unique blend of military aviation and civilian business experience to lead teams in dynamic environments while aligning with strategic organisational goals. My passion is for aviation and I am extremely proud of having been a Frontline Combat pilot in the Royal Air Force. My time as a combat pilot trained me to manage risk in highly dynamic environments and make timely safety critical decisions. I use my experience of leadership, instruction, coaching and aviation safety management to lead my programmes. I am a former member of the RAF Mountain Rescue Service and a Re:Act Volunteer. I support the Armed Forces Community through helping Service Leavers, Veterans, Spouses and Dependents to secure future career opportunities. I enjoy bringing my breadth of experience to teams maximising performance and delivering through building exceptional teams.
