About Jon Echols

With over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, I am a passionate and knowledgeable District Manager at Toyota North America, where I oversee the variable operations of 11 dealerships in the San Francisco Region. My mission is to ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, while also maximizing the profitability and performance of the dealerships. As a former District Service & Parts Manager and Vehicle Product Training Specialist, I have developed strong competencies in competitive analysis, marketing, in-dealer consulting, training, financial statement analysis, and process analysis. I have also received the Field Traveler of the Year award in recognition of my outstanding results and contributions. I am always eager to learn and grow, and to share my expertise and insights with others.
