I am an electrical / automation engineer, specializing in the marine and Oil & Gas industry, with more than 15 years of experience in operation, ships, and rig construction projects. I am a highly motivated team player and/or team leader who thrives when working in a multi-discipline and cultural workplace. I am well organized, flexible, my colleagues know me as friendly and have got the right attitude to reach the goals that have been set. I can work alone, but I prefer collaborating with other colleagues and this is when I am at my best. My education is from Vestfold University College of Engineering, I am also certified as an electrical & automation engineer officer. I was from September 2019 until February 2022 been the site manager for Basto Fosen AS with projects at Sefine shipyard in Turkey. The project was two, state of the art, hybrid / electrical car ferries. NB42, Bastø Electric, is the world's largest fully battery-operated ferry. Other project and work experience: • Site manager for Abb Marine & Ports with a project at JMU’s Tsu shipyard in Japan. The project is four, state-of-the-art, 165 LNG ships. • Electrical Superintendent for Royal Caribbean Cruises (UK) Ltd. For their Harmony and Edge class newbuilds at STX France shipyard in France. • E&I Superintendent (hired in as a consultant) for North Atlantic Drilling / Seadrill Deepwater Units construction team for their new build project, West Rigel. • Instrument & automation engineer (hired as a consultant) for Dolphin Drilling Ltd. for the SPS and modification upgrade of their drilling rig Blackford Dolphin. • E&I Superintendent (hired in as a consultant) for Island Drilling Company ASA during the construction of their drilling rig Island Innovator.
