With a background in Tier 2 support, technical documentation, and IT operations, I bring a hands-on understanding of the systems, tools, and workflows that make customer support and enablement teams successful. I partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Training to create high-impact help centers, internal knowledge bases, and branded support portals (Salesforce Experience Cloud). My work has directly contributed to faster onboarding, lower support costs, and higher customer satisfaction—always backed by data and a bias for action.
