About Jon Ellis

Registered as both a clinical and educational professional, I enjoy a reputation for being dependable, flexible and focused on achieving set organisational goals, in Belbin's teams I am a completer/ finisher. My most recent role as Head of Clinical Workforce Development at Totally plc saw me successfully build an entire education department from scratch for a national organisation. This I achieved by applying comprehensive experience and knowledge as well as a direct approach where teams are fully aware of what is required of them and remain motivated to achieve each objective. For most of my professional life, I have worked in pre-hospital care including with the ambulance service and as a teacher in Paramedic Education. Due to constantly achieving a high standard of work combined with effective organisational skills, I am often asked to take on extra projects. I pick up new skills and adapt to ever-changing circumstances quickly and easily, turning my hand to pretty much anything that is thrown at me.
