About Jon Fedyk

I am a mentor and leader on IT teams, driven to create value for the business by building awesome teams through agile delivery. I have been successful in positions of increasing responsibility and leadership and a valuable member to the organizations and teams I have worked with. I believe in Agile and DevOps processes and techniques. As a team member of a service team in a journey from a traditional enterprise waterfall approach to a full agile team, I push for experimentation and changes while shepherding the team and product owners on new technology, development standards and technical debt issues to move ourselves towards a better platform and increased speed to value. Outside my salaried role, I love building things with Python, Django and web services to develop applications that work and are easily supported and maintained.
