About Jon Fiorentine

With 22 years of management experience, I am a seasoned Operations Manager with a passion for team building, leadership development, and project management. I have a strong background in masonry, asphalt, and concrete. I currently work at MacAlpin Company, a contractor in the construction industry, where I manage the full site operations for both commercial and residential projects. In addition, I am the owner of Intellisigns where we specialize in digital signage, electronic message centers, video walls, and data installations as well as the installations for other sign packages. As an Operations Manager at MacAlpin Company, I oversee all aspects of the site management, from planning and budgeting to execution and quality control. I coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and staff, ensuring that the projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to the highest standards. I also ensure that the sites are safe, clean, and compliant with all relevant regulations and codes. Some of my recent achievements include securing a large contract with a major retail chain, delivering a significant project for a local school district, and implementing a new training program for the site managers. I have developed and honed my skills in team building, leadership development, and project management, which have enabled me to lead successful and efficient teams, foster positive and collaborative relationships, and deliver exceptional results for the company and the clients.
