About Jon Gecsek

I’m an experienced Operations and Supply Chain Manager with over 30 years of leadership in packaging, manufacturing, and logistics. I've delivered measurable results for major brands like Tesla, Apple, Nintendo, and WestRock — from improving operational efficiency by 14% to leading 250+ person fulfillment teams and sponsoring capital projects with 120%+ ROI. My background spans demand planning, inventory control, ERP systems, capital project sponsorship, and automation integration. I have hands-on experience with supply chain forecasting tools like KiwiPlan and have led multi-million-dollar savings initiatives. After relocating from California to Idaho and supporting a family venture, I’m now actively seeking to re-enter an operations or supply chain leadership role where I can contribute meaningful, strategic value. I’m also technically fluent in Python, C, and C++ and hold a certificate in C Programming from Dartmouth College. Let’s connect if you’re looking for a leader who solves problems, leads cross-functional teams, and makes processes work smarter.Smart, versatile, hard working, and experienced.
