About Jon Gordon

I am a Claims Counsel at Investors Title Company and Affiliates, where I handle complex title claims and litigation matters. I have a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia School of Law, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Georgia. My core competencies include real estate law, business law, and legal document preparation. In my previous role as a Senior Claims Counsel and Assistant Vice President at Fidelity National Financial, I managed high-exposure residential and commercial title claims, drafted curative documents, reviewed and approved pleadings and invoices, and mentored junior attorneys. I also joined the company's Underwriting Academy, which taught me the necessary skills for underwriting risk under policies of title insurance. I am passionate about resolving real property disputes and providing excellent service to clients and stakeholders. I value collaboration, integrity, and innovation, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
