About Jon Grace

With an extensive tenure spanning more than 25 years within the social impact sector, I am deeply committed to effecting positive change in vulnerable communities through strategic investment and business development. Serving as the Chief Executive Officer of The Daydream Group, a prominent global entity dedicated to positive change, I orchestrate the overarching strategy, operational facets, and collaborative partnerships of the organization, with a particular focus on the Americas and Africa. Concurrently, my involvement as a board member in various nonprofits and foundations mirrors my shared vision of empowering individuals to aspire to great heights and pursue their passions. In my most recent capacity as the Executive Director of CARE With ME Inc, a nascent nonprofit dedicated to supporting orphaned and vulnerable children in Mexico, I spearheaded pivotal roles in fundraising, program conceptualization, and implementation. Over the course of two years, our initiatives reached more than children and families. Leveraging my acumen in early-stage investment, venture management, and the intricacies of nascent ventures, I adeptly secured funding, forged strategic alliances, and elevated the organization's impact on a scalable level. I take pride in the achievements and insights garnered from this experience, embodying an unwavering enthusiasm to explore novel opportunities and confront challenges that contribute to my continual evolution as a dynamic leader and catalyst for change.
