My area of expertise lies in all aspects of Team & Project Management, Service Delivery (Professional and Managed Services), Hosting and Product Management. Over an extensive period in the software and finance industry, I have worked in a variety of IT Roles ranging from software development, operations support, ORACLE Performance DBA, implementation specialist, department manager, Professional Services Director to my current role, which is a Business Owner. I am highly motivated, proactive and accomplished in what I do with a broad range of managerial and technical capabilities. I have demonstrated expertise in Project/programme management, service delivery, team management (growth, expectations and retention), architectural design & Integration, product design and product/service roadmap. I am adept at problem solving through innovation and am a confident decision maker with experience of successfully overseeing a number of successful projects. I am a responsible, hardworking and effective leader and team player with a diplomatic approach. I am driven by the desire to exceed targets, deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and achieve success. I have worked in the petro-chemical, Education and Financial Capital Markets sectors and have focused on the latter for the past 15 years working with Global Investments banks, Asset Management Firms, Custodians, Insurance services, hedge funds & brokers.
