About Jon Harding

As a graduate of Western Carolina University in 2008, I gained a valuable education within the Business Management, Marketing and Leadership fields. I gained hands on event coordination experience while volunteering and leading functions during fundraising events at WCU. As a Territory Sales Manager for Johnson Brothers I developed sales presentations to address accounts, portfolio, pricing and promotions, and profitability; while building strong long lasting customer relationships. I continually exceeded monthly distributions and program goals for targeted brands while securing advantageous brand positioning and display space. I developed and grew relationships with customers by visiting accounts, attending social and promotional events, and staying up to date on account and market conditions. I facilitated the issuance of credits to accounts by working with the accounting department and completing the necessary paperwork. I completed sales reports used for draft recaps, calculating profit, and tracking distribution. I have 10+ years of experience in customer service and sales. Aswell as 1 1/2 years of sales managment experience. Specialties: Customer Service, Sales Management, Marketing, Diving Instruction, Emergency First Response and Rescue Training.
