An accomplished executive with experience in large scale multinational banks and national non-bank organizations. I have a proven track record of providing sound organizational decisions on strategic plans, driving a change for the better culture, and developing talent at all levels. I’m Intensely competitive, and results driven with a readiness for leading startups, turnaround, and growth opportunities. Over the course of my career, I’ve held 19 diverse roles with eight different companies spanning various consumer lending sectors. Agility is one of my greatest strengths adapting seamlessly from individual contributor to executive leadership. I’ve led organizations during remarkable economic growth cycles and led them back from the brink during the Great Recession and the recent pandemic. By driving sustainable revenue growth and cost effective process improvements, my teams have incrementally contributed hundreds of millions of dollars to organizations' bottom lines. On an industry level, I served as a member of the Housing Policy Executive Council for seven years, collaborating with other industry leaders, lawmakers, policy writers, regulators, and GSE’s to solve critical challenges facing the industry. The most valuable lesson I have learned throughout my journey is that success is never achieved alone.
