I have budgetary responsibility, oversee the day to day running of business and ensure the company's long term goals and objectives are set, being worked to and ultimately being achieved. I collaborate with all business stakeholders in compiling and analyzing statistics, reviewing against KPI's and presenting these at Board Meetings. I have a good all-around knowledge of business having worked my way up through the ranks. Along the way I have worked in various roles and departments such as Operations, Account Management, Sales and Marketing. I am comfortable with CRM systems such as Salesforce and OpenCRM. Outside of work, I volunteer in a number of roles including as a school governor and club secretary, club treasurer, safeguarding officer and coach for a local grassroots football team.
