I recently sold my 10-year owned and operated IT consulting firm with 15 employees to become Vice President of Technology for KLH Consulting, a $30 million leading engineering and continuous improvement firm for technology solutions, hardware, security products, and other offerings. As VP of Technology, I currently focus on technology integration, security, IT product/solutions, cost savings and training/certification programs for clients in the Medical, State and Local Government, Legal, Financial, and DOD Contractors industries. I have also recently achieved significant costs savings by negotiating new contracts and improving rates from existing ones with vendors including PAX8, Microsoft, Veeam, and Sentinel One, and others. I designed and implemented programs for all technical staff to achieve 15+ new certifications for over 35 engineers within 10 months using a one-time bonus and pay raise incentives. I grew my owned consulting firm specializing in enterprise solutions for multiple technology, hardware, and products to 30+ state and multiple country customer bases, multi-millions in annual revenue supporting users across workstations, and 200+ servers. We focused on managed services, data center hosted solutions, network solutions, and security solutions to small and medium businesses with specialties in cybersecurity, managed IT, cloud, applications, and communications. I managed all technical aspects of the business in addition to sales, marketing, accounting, budgeting, HR, and participated in 2 corporate acquisitions. I have participated on Boards at the CO Technical University and IntelliTec College and have spoken at numerous events including ConnectWise IT Nation, GreenCloud Annual Event, and more.
