My interest is in people and their development - I am a proven team leader, coach and mentor to others, and I am experienced in developing individuals and teams to achieve their full potential. I put a lot of energy into building and maintaining meaningful relationships centred on mutual respect and trust. As a results and outcomes orientated person I am confident in delivering solutions that make a real difference. I am highly motivated to continually improve and deliver on organizational priorities. Values are important to me. I weave integrity, transparency, and accountability into my actions and act as a role model for others.
