About Jon Isaacs

Jon has more than 25 years’ experience as a Senior Executive, nine of which were spent as CEO of Royal Blind Society of NSW. He has more than 25 years experience on public, private and not for profit Boards. He has extensive knowledge of government and government processes at a senior level, especially disability services, finance, property, law, education, health, transport, heritage and probity. He has high level expertise in the interface between Government and the private sector, especially in regulation and property. Jon was responsible for drafting the NSW Aboriginal Land Rights Act 1983 and considers this to be his most significant achievement in public policy. He has over 20 years experience on Boards and Audit Committees in the public, private and not for profit sectors. For the past 21 years Jon has been using his vast business knowledge as an Executive Coach and Mentor with Stephenson Mansell Group to help more than 500 CEOs and Senior Executives across a wide range of industries to reach their full potential.
