About Jon Jammo James

A christian father to twins and husband. A serving Police Officer at South Wales Police, which has seen me deployed operationally in uniform and plain clothes with time spent on the forces equivalent to the Tactical Support Group and Firearms unit. During my service I've qualified as a National Public Order Tactical Advisor and a National Public Order Tactical Trainer, a specialist trainer in the areas of First Aid including Public Order and Firearms Medics, Personal Safety, Public Order Tactics, Method of Entry, Taser, Evidence Gathering in Public Order Public Safety operations. In 2015 I changed career path within the police service and authorised as a Firearms Officer within the South Wales, Gwent & Dyfed Powys Joint Firearms Unit. Following a 5 month secondment to the South Wales Police Force Planning Team with regards to EU Exit, I was involved in reviewing and formulating logistical support in unprecedented and uncertain times in public safety and I have since returned to Operational Policing duties in the always familiar Public Order Public Saftey arena with a focud on the Police use of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and the introduction of Counter UAS technology. I'm a qualified Personal Trainer, registered and insured through REP's, holding certifications in Nordic Walking through British Nordic Walking, Nutrition for weight management, Nutrition for Sports performance and Client Psychology & Motivation. I hold a Lv1 Coaching qualification through Welsh Triathlon. I also a qualified and practicing part time Sports Massage Therapist currently further developing my skills as a Sports Therapist with a view to creating a second career line as Jon James Sports Massage with the main aim of supporting athletes and recreational sports people of any ability to attain their desired goals#StrengthandHonour
