I am an experienced leader with a track record of working with Regional and Global leadership teams to deliver key strategic projects in APAC. I am experienced in working with IT, product, and commercial, and operations teams to ensure that the end-to-end value of the strategic initiative is fully realized. The most significant of the projects I have delivered is the establishment of S&P China Ratings, S&P Global's start-up domestic China credit rating agency. In 2018, I was part of the project team that secured the China credit rating agency license. I was also tasked with establishing the Operations team and framework for the new entity. In 2019, I transitioned to the new entity as the Head of Operations. Prior to my current role, I helped deliver strategic initiatives for other divisions within S&P Global. While at S&P Global Ratings, I was tasked with helping to rationalize our on-shoring/off-shoring activities. At S&P Global Market Intelligence, I delivered key initiatives to add new content to our product offering in APAC
