About Jon Land

Results-Oriented & Commercially Astute Director: 3 Years in Whisky Industry Successes in Delivering Bespoke Projects, Driving Seamless Operations, Business Development & Business Transformation Within Highly-Regulated Sectors Embarking on a career journey within the whisky sector, since early 2019 I have been dedicated to further establishing Rosewin Holdings, a start-up that is now focusing on investment in maturing cask spirit and distribution of whisky products from partner distilleries around the world. Key qualities include my ability to manage complex projects, lead and facilitate the entire operations function, introduce new revenue streams via contract negotiation skills, and to deliver products/services which exceed client expectations. I hold skills that have been naturally progressive for me, such as identifying potential areas of improvement within existing processes, to lead cross-functional teams across projects & daily business operations, and to work collaboratively with stakeholders across all levels globally.
