An internationally experienced chartered accountant with over 15 years tenure as a Chief Financial Officer of four ASX listed Australian resource companies covering project acquisition, financing (both debt and equity), construction, production and the transition to care and maintenance. My core experience includes: •Mergers and acquisitions including off-market takeovers, schemes of arrangement, asset acquisitions and completion of associated due diligence requirements; •Negotiation and management of project finance facilities, corporate finance facilities, hedging facilities, and equipment finance facilities necessary for mine construction and operations, including subsequent management of covenants and reporting obligations; •Capital raisings (entitlement issues and placements) and completion of associated due diligence requirements; •Leadership and reform of the finance function, including streamlining reporting of management information through the adoption of business intelligence reporting tools and web-based budgeting systems to ensure timely and accurate reporting; and •Leading the offshoring program assurance function for a global pharmaceutical company offshoring their finance function from America to India.
