Passionate about digital transformation and FP & A business partnerships, I’m a client-focused professional with advanced expertise gathered in the business performance management sector. I have successfully led multiple complex projects and am regarded by my clients and peers as an energetic and goal-oriented problem solver with refined project planning, process management, project oversight, and organisational skills. Over the last 13+ years, I have worked with a wide range of clients and industries including hospitality, retail, banking, pharmaceutical, healthcare, telco, local government, corporate travel, professional services, and consumer products from the enterprise level to small businesses to deliver successful projects. I come to any new situation armed with a strong set of technical skills, a solid computer engineering background, and a passion for solving complex business issues. My skillset includes requirements gathering, process definition, refinement, and management, prototyping, ELT, data reconciliation, unit testing, system architecture design, implementation, UI design, SIT, UAT, project deployment, and post-project/peer review. I am also known for my excellent leadership capabilities, effective communication and a strong commitment to driving business success by implementing improved technology and increasing customer service standards. I can successfully and productively work with multiple cross-functional teams while simultaneously providing individual, in-depth information to resolve complex issues. I am skilled at managing and empowering teams, planning new systems, proactively forecasting issues/risks, and providing hands-on leadership. I enjoy tinkering with new technique and products related to TM1 and TM1Py (TM1 + Python), which is why I built my own program that uses Python to cleanse and translate extra currency rates and balance data from exchange, loading it directly into TM1 for reporting and modelling of different exchange rates and forecast. I love sharing knowledge with others and bringing technology to help improve everyday lives. I previously ran the EDU department in Cubewise, led training, and now I host our webinars. My next project will be starting a TM1 solutions podcast.
